Hello Friends!

I am a Jesus-following homeschooling wife & mama who strives to positively impact our children's lives. Our homeschooling adventure began in 2015 with Malachi and Matthew. While it hasn't always been easy, watching them grow and thrive makes it all worthwhile.

I hold a degree in Consumer Economics with an emphasis in Family Financial Management from The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!). Throughout my adult life, I've owned several businesses, as God has blessed me with a wandering spirit and a strong entrepreneurial drive. Currently, my husband and I run a bookkeeping business. In addition, I enjoy graphic design, furniture refinishing, watching movies, spending time outdoors, and being with my family.

My love for children sparked early on when I worked in the nursery at my church whenever they would let me. My first job was working with school-aged kids at a daycare near my home growing up. Initially, I planned to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education, but the Lord had different plans for me. I continue to serve in the children's ministry at church while seeking other ways to pour into the next generation.

My family and I have been a part of the Eagle’s Nest Family since 2023 and we have participated in Voyagers, Performing Arts, and Chess Club.
