MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

All information is strictly confidential and used exclusively for Eagle's Nest purposes. Please complete the application in its entirety to avoid your application being rejected. 

The membership fee for the 2025-2026 academic year is $150 per family.  The membership fee is non-refundable and payable once your application is approved.  (NOTE: You may be automatically directed to pay the membership fee when you submit your application; however, the membership fee should not be paid until after your application is approved.) For families joining for second semester, we will prorate the fee to $75.

Payment Instructions

Please do not submit payment for membership until you receive an acceptance email from Eagle's Nest.  Upon application approval, an invoice will be posted to your Eagle's Nest account for $150.  New families should pay the EN membership fee within 5 days of approval and prior to enrolling in any programs.  Further payment instructions are included in the approval email.
