We want to leave a good impression of Eagle’s Nest, homeschoolers, and Christians in general. Please be on your best behavior.
- DRESS CODE:
- Dress is semi-formal. Attendees who are not appropriately dressed will not be admitted to the dance.
- Gentlemen: Dress pants, shirt with collar, tie and jacket optional. No jeans or t-shirts.
- Ladies: Dress or skirt. The shortest part of the hem should be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee. No plunging necklines or cut-outs. Strapless dresses are allowed if they have “stays” to prevent slipping. Lace dresses with skin-colored fabric are acceptable as long as the lace is not placed to look as if it is covering up “parts.” The back must not be lower than mid-back.
- *Tip: Semi-formal is more dressy than your everyday casual clothes, but not prom-level fancy. Nice “Sunday” clothes would be appropriate.
- Alcohol consumption (before or at the event), smoking/vaping, and all other substance abuse is prohibited.
- Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
- Provocative dancing and excessive displays of affection are not permitted.
- All attendees must be respectful to the event organizers and other parent volunteers.
- Bullying, harassment, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Treat attendees and volunteers with kindness and respect.
- Causing damage to the host facility, EN property (including decorations), or the belongings of others is not permitted.
- Attendees who do not follow the conduct guidelines will be escorted from the dance, and their parents will be called.
- The dance ends at 9 PM. Attendees should leave/be picked up at 9 PM.
STUDENT ATTENDEE: I have read and agree to follow the conduct guidelines for this event.
